Hemi Bhatnagar

President, CEO, co-founder

Mr. Bhatnagar brings 17 years of engineering and management experience to Tallika. Prior to founding Tallika, Mr. Bhatnagar was the co-founder and VP Engineering of Corrent Corporation. While at Corrent, Mr. Bhatnagar helped raise $32M in venture funding and brought multiple semiconductor and systems products to the market. During this time, Mr. Bhatnagar was instrumental in building partnerships with industry leaders, and delivering products on an aggressive schedule. Prior to Corrent Mr. Bhatnagar held multiple senior management and lead engineering positions at Philips Semiconductors, VLSI Technology and Mentor Graphics. Mr. Bhatnagar holds an MSEE from UT Austin and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Satish Anand

CTO, co-founder

Mr. Anand brings 16 years of ASIC architecture and systems design experience to Tallika. Prior to founding Tallika, Mr. Anand was a co-founder and CTO of Corrent Corporation. While at Corrent, Mr. Anand led the architecture of all silicon and system solutions for Internet Security. Under his leadership, Corrent became a leading solutions provider for scalable performance Internet Security products. Prior to Corrent, Mr. Anand held multiple senior architect and fellow positions at Philips Semiconductors, VLSI Technology and HCL-Hewlett Packard. His past work includes lead architecture and engineering positions in areas of Internet Security, Networking, Consumer and Storage (SCSI Storage Adaptors and VME Memory Boards for multi-processor UNIX machines). Mr. Anand has multiples patents pending in security/SOC chip designs. He holds an MSEE from Arizona State University.

Neel Das

V.P Professional Services, co-founder

Mr. Das was formerly co-founder and Director of Silicon Integration at Corrent Corp. He brings over 16 years of experience in VLSI design and integration. He specializes in ensuring first-silicon-success (design and timing closure) with large, complex, hierarchical SOCs. While at Corrent, he was responsible for the silicon integration of all Corrent ASICs, and successfully set up methodologies and infrastructure that produced first-silicon success for all SOCs taped out of Corrent. Prior to Corrent, Mr. Das held silicon integration management positions with Agere Inc. (Lucent) and Synopsys Inc., and senior RTL design and verification positions with Ross Technologies and Intel Corp. Mr. Das has numerous publications in the field of SOC design closure and integration, and is active on industry conference technical committees. Mr. Das holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engr. from Arizona State University.

Swaroop Adusumilli

V.P Engineering, co-founder

Mr. Adusumilli brings 17 years of ASIC/SOC design to Tallika. Prior to founding Tallika, Mr. Adusumilli was a co-founder and lead designer for Corrent’s silicon solutions. While at Corrent, Mr. Adusumilli designed and implemented major critical sub-systems of Corrent’s silicon solutions – including IPSEC/SSL/TLS protocol security core, DMA/Streaming bus interfaces(PL3)/AHB, MIPS sub-system and PCI/PCIX implementation. Prior to joining Tallika, Mr. Adusumilli held senior engineering lead positions at Conexant. While at Conexant, he architected and developed multiple DSL/Modem/GSM SOC chipsets. Before Conexant, Mr. Adusumilli was a senior staff engineer at VLSI Technology and developed multiple system controller and peripheral controller chipsets for Intel's 386, 486, Pentium and Digital Alpha microprocessors. Mr. Adusumilli holds multiple patents in high performance ASIC/SOC digital designs. He holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engr.from University of Louisiana.

Lokesh Johri

V.P Software Development

Mr. Lokesh Johri has over 17 yrs of software development experience in algorithms and embedded software. He has filed for 4 patents and published several papers. He has worked in past for KLA-Tencore, Calient Networks, Agilent, Schlumberger and Margi Systems (now Harmon International) , among others, at senior development and managerial positions. At Calient Networks he made a led software development of a new Optical Cross Connect product and GMPLS and SNMP implementation and took it to production . Through his long history in product development he has deep understanding and hands-on development expertise on Windows/Linux platforms and several real time operating systems. Also, he has significant domain expertise in image/video compression, image processing, security and algorithm development. Lokesh has very successful experience in quickly ramping up large software development teams for projects executed in India.

Lokesh has MBA from Leavy School of Business, University of Santa Clara  and Masters in Advanced Computing from Bournemouth University, U.K. He did his Undergraduate Degree in Engineering from IIT Mumbai, a premier engineering institution in India.
